8. Appointment & Deposit Terms

To maintain fairness and professionalism for all clients:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every booking.
   
• There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. Arrivals later than 10 minutes may result in shortened service time or cancellation.
   
• Rescheduling can only be completed by MUA Denique staff and is strictly subject to availability. Clients cannot self-reschedule online.
   
• Cancelations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance (as stated during booking).
   
• “No-shows” forfeit deposits and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
   

9. Intellectual Property

All website content—images, videos, text, designs—is owned by MUA Denique / YNL Cosmetics or used with permission. It may not be copied or reused without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MUA Denique / YNL Cosmetics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
